Pono Pacific Kitchen Review - West End Grover Beach

Pono Pacific Kitchen
We dined at Pono Pacific Kitchen in Grover Beach, California right at 4PM today to try out the new Hawaiian restaurant in the West End of Grover Beach named Pono Pacific Kitchen.

It's a higher end restaurant with a 1 page food menu and excellent service. They currently only serve dinner and have no lunch time hours. They have a couple of kid's options off the menu, which I appreciate very much!

When I was working, I'd go sit in a coffee shop to plug in my laptop and enjoy a nice latte about a couple times a week to mix up it up because working remotely from home can sometimes be lonely.

Bee House Thai Cuisine Review - Grover Beach

I visited Bee House Thai Cuisine for the first time last week to pick up my take out order. They are located in the same spot where Sister Kitchen used to be! As you step in, you can feel the new restaurant vibe.

Bunn Thai Bistro Restaurant in Grover Beach Review

There are a few Thai restaurants in Grover Beach but Bunn Thai is our favorite! Their food is authentic and the decor inside is warm and welcoming with pink walls!

They also have great lunch specials. We've dined there for lunch and have done many take outs for lunch and dinner. It's always a great experience each time. I've tried their Thai fried rice, pad see ew noodles, seafood sizzling plate, curry and a couple of their appetizers.

We visited the Exploration Discovery Center in Grover Beach on their opening day today! Here are some pictures from our visit below.

After I picked my kids up from summer day camp, I asked them if they're up for exploring a new place today. AJ Spurs is located right off Highway 101 so it's a quick exit in Grover Beach. It's pricey, quirky and great for a special occasion.

We've actually dined at the AJ Spurs in Buellton (part of Santa Barbara County) before we dined at this Grover Beach location (in San Luis Obispo County). The decor is similar but I feel like this place feels much bigger! The parking situation is much easier as well....

More popularly, many Central Coast fans would purchase 805 shirt. 805 is the area code for Grover Beach. This area code encompasses Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and pretty much most, if not all, of the Central Coast of California. Grover Beach: Ride your car onto the beach or walk it!

On the Central Coast of California, in the county of San Luis Obispo, is a small beach called Grover Beach. It's part of the Pismo State Beach area and there is a direct beach entrance in through Grand Avenue to drive onto the beach. West Coast, at its finest, you can drive or ride your vehicle onto the beach here if you drive right on through the toll (for a small fee). While researching on affordable preschool programs for my little boys, I stumbled on a brief information on the Tiny Tots Enrichment Program that's organized at the Grover Beach Community Center.
